You know what I wanted to ask you? Have you thought about going outside of
NJ? The reason that I ask, is because I also have family in NY that can spread the
word as well.

Or have you thought about doing PA, CT also? I am just thinking of places around
NJ that you might be able to have access to.

I don't mind you calling me that. Most people call me Neesh anyway. I am a Real Estate Agent as well, but my finances are what the problem is. (that wasn't grammatically correct. LOL) also I own and operate a small construction company in New Jersey and I am desparately seeking new projects for contracts. I know that I need to join the Chamber of Commerce and the Construction Trade Organizations but my company doesn't have the money to do so at present. I am also in the application stages of launching an affiliate non-profit to My Daughter's Keeper, Inc. I need prayers for that as well.

Hi Nisha! (Hope you don't mind me calling you that)....My prayer sis, is that the Lord who is your Source, gives you all the resources that you need to accomplish your goal....Sit with a certified FC or FA (Financial Consultant or Financial Analyst), so that you can prepare for this transition.

There are so many programs for first time home buyers. PS: My mom is a realtor ;-) Pray, Prepare, and Present. Focus on praying and asking God to prepare you for the presentation. When you present yourself to whomever He leads you to, you will be ready. In Jesus Name....
